Adam and Eve made the trip with the other white caucasians and neanderthals up to the northwest and eventually into what became ireland and the british isles.  The propogated and advanced cognitively and in intelligence.  They and their ancestors raised many white caucasian kids and protected their race through assortive mating.  Their lineages eventually returned to Africa and formed with any remnants of the whites who were white enough.  They eventually dominated even Africa.  They named and some whites settled there too. A luxury tale of the slavery of black skinned humans.  The black skinned humans remained in sub-saharan africa.  They enjoyed the congo and played with the gorillas.  The white caucasians evolved into highly cognitive and intelligent individuals.  Along their travels and adventures, and after attempting to enslave other whites, they settled on using their luxury ships to transport the niggers.  The niggers saw things that they had never even imagined.  Things the did not know of, on these free trips across the atlantic and to the new world.  They did some work in the fields, but they ultimately frolicked and played and strayed from their masters.  The whites eventually desegregated the schools and let them in.  Some of the whites started trying to treat the blacks as equals.  The blacks continued to disappoint them.  The whites then even provided them with housing and food and clothes.  Food stamps, EBT, subsidized apartments, and welfare.  They let the blacks into these white system

Healthy behaviors. I no longer comb or brush my hair.  It is not really healthy.  Instead I just wash it occasionally and that is it.  I also do not shower as often as I used to.  I think I was showering and bathing too much, which is not healthy for my skin.  And I do not brush my teeth as often as I used to.  Even tooth brushing can be injurious.

Me and the niggers My novels are largely about self exploration.  I delve into atheism, the races of humans, human evolution, and the genetics of race, phenotypes, and physical appearance.  I write about my life, my career, my sex life, and my research ideas.   I also include genocide and eugenics.

Transgenderism. While I do understand that some animals, humans, and people are born in a way that they are physically a man, but genetically more feminine, or physically a woman, but more genetically more masculine, I do think that some of the transgender individuals take it too far.  They start to medically and surgically change their bodies to live a fantasy that still will not make them into a different sex or gender. I am surprised that surgeons really do this for them.  That surgeons really do conduct gender assignment surgery.  It will not enhance their bodies.  I am quite sure that it just eventually leads to more disappointment. Furthermore, surgery is unhealthy and injures the body and should be avoided at all costs. This transgenderism is no longer very interesting or fascinating.  What would be really interesting is to find, see, and examine now is a hermaphrodite. Schizophrenia. Schizophrenia, at the least is largely over diagnosed.  I am quite sure most people who have to deal with this diagnosis have their lives disrupted by some quasi diagnosis that is not capturing the totality of their experience due to limits in communication, time, and human ability to be compassionate, care, or understand.  In fact, I think it is probably not accurate for anyone.  I am quite sure the people who really suffer with psychosis and delusions and start doing things like digging a hole into the skin of their heads as they attempt to remove a thought or voice or stimulus from their brain, are not even schizophrenic.  These people are in a different category.  They are delusional and persistent.  They seemed to be resistant to educating themselves.  Although maybe those ones do have an organic issue with some neurons in their brain being hyperactive.  This is more like a seizure.  An issue of neurology rather than psychiatry.  I just do not think that schizophr

Satanism. I thought satanism would have strictly been worshiping satan.  Or devil worshiping of some sort.  But it turns out that this is not the complete story.  It turns out that some of them try to be very scientific and abide according to science.  They might lack compassion.  Some of them are also atheist or humanists.  I am quite sure that there is still the devil worshiping groups and those that seek evil and hatred and harming other living things, but that is not what is publicized online or in the literature that I have found about them. It seems that it started probably somewhere in western europe, and might have been in response to disenchantment with christianity, or constant spreading of the message of love.  It is like they got tired of love, at the least, and began seeking a more tangible and scientific understanding of life. Vaccines. Vaccines are thought to be one of the great medical breakthroughs.  It seems like they work, although the data might be overinterpreted to assist in arguing for their use in public health initiatives for reducing the burden of disease. Also, some families do not want vaccines because they think that they are a cause of autism. Well, regardless, my point is quite simple.  i do not think that anyone should be forced to have a vaccine simply because it does injure the body.  Simply a needlestick and injecting foreign material into a person's body is injurious, no matter what anyone says.  That is true.  It does not mean that it does not work and it is not based on sound science, but it is an injury none the less. I no longer want any vaccinations for anything. Diseases, viruses, bacteria.  All of that is normal, and a certain amount of infections are expected with normal human development.  A vaccine is not necessary to prevent these things, since much of it can ei

Racial connections. I am mixed race.  Thus my racial connections are quite complex.  They span all of the living races of humans on some level.  And they include the three most dominant races: white, asian and black.  I am of a distant family of white people.  The munros.  They immigrated to Grenada and a munro, who was a white caucasian french woman married and bred with a mixed brown skinned man who was a campbell.  That is the most recent connection that I have to a white race person in my family.  Four or five generations ago or more.  My great grandfather was from Hong Kong.  He is chinese.  Isaac Chin.  He moved to Jamaica and had my grandmother, Verna Chin, with another asian woman.  So that is my strongest asian connection. Globalization. Now that humans have colonized the earth so effectively as to decrease the geographic boundaries to communication and travel by the inventions of boats, ships, planes, cars, other automobiles, telephones, satellites, cellular phones, computers and the internet, it seems that the earth has been effectively globalized.  It seems to me that the need for countries, is much less and probably no longer necessary.  I guess there are still cultural ties among most countries, historical sentiments, and power hierarchies for wanting to maintain the function of the unit of a country.  However, as far as travel and the spread of ideas, it no longer seems necessary to use countries, nor to be separated by political, cultural, or historical differences.  I would propose that collapsing the countries and their governments into one country and one universal government would make sense.  Those structures are not essential for the competition that drives creation and invention and n

Racism versus personality. It is hard sometimes, or near impossible, without a confession, to determine if someone is treating you a certain way merely due to their personality, or due to racial biases.  Racism.  I have realized that some people always blame racism, when in fact it might just be someone's personality and the way they treat everyone.  I tend not to blame racism, but I have realized that racism is not going away either.  Racism will not be exterminated.  It is here to stay just like the Sun.  And will persist among humans until they perish and go extinct.  And even after that, it will remain among other multicellular organisms that use skin color to make innate decisions about which direction to go.  Toward something that is like itself or away from something that is different.  Racism is a constant, for the most part.  It is here and will remain a factor of life.  It has been well written about in the academic literature.  There is institutional racism, inh

Prostitution. Prostitution is apparently one of the oldest professions.  I am not sure why it has been ruled an illegal act in any country.  What is wrong with paying for sex?  What is wrong with a person wanting to be financially compensated for having a sexual encounter with someone?  And for another person being willing to pay for something that they want or something close to what they fantasize about and desire? I do not think that there is anything wrong with prostitution.  It should be legal in every country on earth.  Again.  I think criminalizing prostitution, in part, has to do with control.

Euthanasia. The other day I walked down Massachusetts Avenue and stopped to talk to a guy in a wheel chair.  His name was Jose.  Although he preferred to go by the name Joe. Joe started talking, and I realized that he was an amputee of his right leg and wounded of his left leg.  I stated to him, "you are an amputee?"  He replied, "yes."  I went on to question, "was it due to diabetes?"  He replied, "A nail in my foot that I could not feel, but yes, I have diabetes."  I was partially correct.  He could not feel the nail in his foot or even notice it as he was stepping on it due to having diabetes for a long time that had impaired his nerves and nervous system.  I asked him about his other leg, and he told me that it was damaged from something else.  He eventually went on to explain that he has been wishing for the lord to take him.  He wants to die.  I told him he could do that in Canada and Belgium.  I also told him about Doctor Jack Kev

Christianity and other religions. Christianity.  This idea of being a christian.  Being like Jesus Christ.  He was merely a man. I am not sure how he really got god status. God is merely a man-made concept. Whatever he did, he sure did become popular, but he is not the son of god or a god.  Or could it be that we are all gods. Well, no, because no one and nothing is all knowing, unfortunately. None of this life is predestined.  It is a result of randomness and chance and haphazard interactions that resulted in what exists today.  It is merely a delusion.  A fixed false belief.  A delusion that billions of people subscribe to and believe. This is true of the other so called gods.  They are either myths or humans that were revered for something that people appreciated or did not understand.  There are no miracles. Just life and death and the earth revolving around the sun in a galaxy that interacts with many other galaxies within a universe. There is no heaven or

Tooth brushing. As I grew up, my mother would ensure that I had excellent hygiene, almost too much so.  For example brushing teeth.  While it is commonly taught that brushing teeth should be done at least twice a day, or after all meals, or three times a day,  I have realized that even the technology of a tooth brush can be harmful.  Sometimes when I brush my teeth my gums shed some blood, and it is noticeable.  So I eventually started brushing my teeth less and less and less.  And now, I do not do it as often, and my teeth and gums feel much healthier.  I do not even enjoy the taste of tooth paste anymore.  I actually started thinking about what foods I should eat that naturally help to clean my teeth.  For example some apples or certain vegetables and roughage.  Even kale, possibly.  I started coming to these conclusions by thinking about what other animals eat that maintain their teeth to be healthy.  Such as a horses.  I find that approach did help, but I still do brush my teet

Social darwinism. The little bit that I know about social darwinism is that includes the idea that whites are more evolved as compared to non white humans.  I am not sure that this is wrong.  In many ways it seems correct.  Some would say that it is just a social and economic facade.  However, when a person factors in intelligence, inventions, winning wars, and development of a dominant society and civilization, it does not seem to be wrong.  That seems to provide evidence to support that.  it is the whites who domesticated almost everything, if not everything.  So I kind of agree, interestingly enough. I do remember in high school a person asking us who or what we thought was the most evolved species.  I immediately was thinking of humans, but then also considered bacteria, since it is such a simple, efficient and effective life.  Bacteria will be around and survive even after the earth ceases to support life and ceases to have an adequate energy supply.  I am sure many would say w

Nutrition versus exercise. Another thing that I started to realize after medical school is that nutrition is much more important than exercise.  If a person really knows what is the best things to eat and limits their calorie intake to what is necessary to fuel their daily activities, so that they never over eat, then they will be healthier than the person who exercises.  The organs are in their healthiest condition during formation, embryogenesis, and as infants and children.  They have not been damaged by poor nutrition or even exercise.  Exercise damages the muscles, although it makes us feel more fit.  The stress on the muscles, tendons, bones, and ligaments actually damages the cells.  Weight training actually rips the muscles and injures them, especially when done with heavy weights. There might be a minimal amount of exercise that does not do too much damage, however nutrition is far more important to maintaining health and being fit.   If anything walking is more than enoug

Surgery. One of the things I quickly realized after completing medical school, including my rotations on general surgery, is that while surgery is quite fascinating and remarkable, I would never want to be a surgical patient, ever.  There is no way to recover the tissues that they tear and rip and remove for a surgical patient's body.  In that way, it is a little barbaric.  Much more damaging than most medications.  Having typed, nor would I ever want to be a medical patient or even a psychiatric patient.  Basically, being a patient usually sucks.  The rare exception is when you have private doctors that teach you, rather than treat you only after you have disease. It is much more fun to be the surgeon, rather than being the patient.

The word nigger.  I am not sure why the word nigger is so offensive.  It really stems from a scientific description of black skinned men and women.  I do not think that it was really intended to be much more than a description of blacks by white scientists, and non-black scientists.  What probably happened, to alter it to include ignorance, is whites engaged with blacks, and blacks were not always agreeable and therefore some of the whites assessed the niggers to be ignorant, thus developing a secondary connotation that indicates ignorant.  Even that in itself is not a reason to not use the word nigger.  Nigger is much more specific to black men and women, than is even the word black.  Black is merely a color, where as nigger describes a individual or population of black skinned humans or hominids.  So I am not sure why it is thought to be so negative, when in fact the word is quite neutral.    Sure it was used a lot during slavery as whites interacted more with blacks then.  And su
