i am moving on from meat now as I am sure I already have fatty streaks already and I am an athlete. I feel better without the meat now. my body feels better. I feel heavy breathing and lethargy when I consume meat now including turkey and shrimp, for instance. I will still eat it once in a while. like 1 ounce per 6 months or so. or maybe a little bit more or a little bit less, but over-consuming meat got to the point of reversible and, or small irreversible damage to my body. or maybe it already is large damage, but I am sure that i do not have any 50% blockage due to any atherosclerosis. just fatty streaks. just 1 1 ounce serving per six month is a target for me with my meat consumption. I did not realize that some sushi has a lot of salt it. like 1150 mg of sodium for some salmon rolls. sashimi has like 200 mg of salt though or 300 mg of sodium. sodium that is. 200 - 300 mg of sodium per serving in many sashimis.
