so what to do with a rotten egg.?

...

Here is why we don’t need to store eggs in the fridge
Room temperature eggs are good for baking

Do you love baking? Well, then, using temperature-stored eggs are much better than refrigerated ones because cold whites do not whip as well as those stored in the room temperature do.
They don’t rot

Eggs kept at room temperature don't rot fast as compared with the ones stored in a refrigerator. Eggs seem to turn out sour when removed from extreme cold temperatures.
Bacteria on the shell

It has been observed that storing eggs in cool temperatures and then leaving them out at room temperature could cause condensation, promoting the growth of bacteria on the shell that could probably get into the egg as well, which can thereby become unhealthy for consumption.
Eggs containing the cuticle

You don’t have to refrigerate fresh eggs that have their cuticle intact.
The infected ones

If you suspect that an egg is infected with salmonella, storing at room temperature with other eggs could infect the other eggs with the bacteria as well. Hence, it is best to store egg in the refrigerator in order to kill the bacteria.

No matter if the shelf life for an unrefrigerated egg is 7 to 10 days or the lifespan is 30 to 45 days for refrigerated eggs, it's best to consume eggs within a couple of days.

in general, I will only buy six eggs at a time now, since with 12 i usually do not want to eat so many before some of them are old and spoiling.

so i cracked open a second egg of those three remaining eggs from that dozen, and this one is also spoiled, and it smells like laboratory proteins. like some of the dye, too, that I used in said sebti's drug discovery laboratory at moffitt cancer research center in tampa florida at the university of south florida.

but egg number three is not spoiled yet, and still has a nice color and no fungus, mold, or noticeable bacteria.

so I will prepare and cook egg number 3.

all three of the eggs did fail the floating test. they all floated when placed in water. so the floating test of an egg is not absolute, but it is more likely that all of those eggs are on their way to being spoiled. in my case 2 of 3 are already spoiled today.

the case of the rotten eggs.

my images. fotos that I shot.

foto 1. the first rotten egg of my life ever. white stuff and some darker brown colors too. I did not notice an odor though.

foto 2. that first rotten egg again. just showing that it is actually in a bowl.

foto 3. the floating test of egg number 2. this one also ended up being rotten.

foto 4. floating test of egg number 3. this one was not rotten, but definitely was old.

foto 5. the first two eggs each in their own bowl, and both rotten. I only did the float test on the second egg of these two.

foto 6. the three eggs each in their own bowl. the first two were rotten and the third was fine. I bought these all at the same time, about 1 month ago. The second and third egg, one spoiled, and one fine, both failed the floating test of an egg.  the first egg is on the right, or at the bottom, the second egg is in the middle, and the third egg is on the left, or at the top of the foto.  the first two eggs were spoiled, and the third egg was fine.  the second and third eggs failed the floating test.  the first egg would have also likely failed the floating test.

foto 7. the unspoiled egg. in a bowl.

foto 8 the spoiled egg, egg number 2, up close to show that darkened brown area.
