my nutrition diet that is working for me

green vegetables, lean proteins, and water. limiting sugar limiting starches limiting fat, lipids, and oils minimizing salt or no salt. so for me that is a no sugar, no salt, no oil diet, with a water diet. limit portion sizes. limited portion size diet. adrian dane kenny, m.d. jamway hospital jamway research firm and consulting jamway conglomerate adrian.kenny@post.harvard.edu 616-697-0732

i am going through sugar withdrawal and food withdrawal

I am on another water diet, but this time I have to improve on figuring out what is really healthy to eat regularly. I over consume a lot, and this includes food, and sugar, and drinks even, and at some points in my life, even water. I have to rest my body now.  I feel better on these strict diets as my body goes into ketosis, breaking down some of my adipose tissues and also resting from the onslaught of too many calories from a variety of sources. too much sugar. too much carbohydrates perhaps. i must find a better balance of my intake of macronutrients for myself, especially now that I do not want to exercise as intensely as I used to when I was training to be a professional athlete, specifically for soccer or ice hockey. adrian dane kenny, m.d.

I had essential hypertension, or prehypertension. systolic prehypertension

I had essential hypertension,  or prehypertension.  on january 8th 2019 my blood pressure was 132/81.  while this is not exactly considered diagnostic of hypertension.  It is not spurious and is systolic hypertension.  it can be called systolic prehypertension.   I had already started a no salt diet, amongst other things, since I knew that i had, or could already have metabolic syndrome. After doing this diet for a while, more aggressively, for like 1 year to 3 years.  or 1.5 years or so,  I now have an excellent blood pressure. my blood pressure today was 116/84.  october, 18th 2019. the target systolic blood pressure is 115 mm Hg. both of those blood pressures were taken by a nurse at the mgh back bay clinic where I go for my primary care wants when I want to.  I talk to Mark W. Dickinson.  Adrian Dane Kenny, M.D.
