exercise just around lunch time and just before eating lunch for about 15 minutes of dedicated exercise over the course of 1 hour should work for most people.

that should be low intensity and moderate intensity exercise on an absolute scale.  and incorporating some cardiovascular exercise.  a treadmill,  or brisk walking,  or jogging and running.   and a stationary bicycle, or going for a nice bicycle ride.  but be careful.  and also remember to stretch and relax and prepare and i always suggest yoga for flexibility and form and mobility and stretching and working out your entire body in a more relaxed and meditative state.  still be careful not to over-do it and be careful of any discomfort.   try not to injure yourself.  i also like meditation , pilates.  and walking.  amongst many other things.  this is apart of naturopathic medicine jamway hospital it is also included but often to a slightly less intense degree, in holistic medicine.
