the diet that is making the most sense to me is veganism with a little bit, or just enough animal products to provide enough cobalamin.
that is at least enough animal products to get enough cobalamin. so I would have to subtract the other macronutrients and micronutrients of the animal products from the rest of my vegan diet to ensure that I do not overconsume nutrients. but I will take my time as for some reason I still enjoy animal products and I know that transitioning to veganism is not easy. I am geting better at preparing vegetables that I like with water, lemon and vinegar. and that is pretty much what I use for meat too. I still love milk too. but that might change as it has a lot of salt too. I pretty much keep my salt as close to zero as I can. and I still am healthy. that does not mean that I get zero salt, but I avoid what I know that has salt in it. I still drink milk though, and I eat cheese. and bread. I still like a variety of things and I am still eating my way around the earth.
