My poem for this morning. 3:08 am friday 30 november 2018.

I really do not want to shave ever again.   I love myself, as always.   I have always loved myself.   But I tried to put you first.   I tried to put you beyond me.   But I love myself even more as a result of it.

white bread versus brown bread

white bread versus brown bread I love white bread compared to brown bread. i prefer the taste, and now that i am eating less fiber and getting more carbohydrates from it. so i produce less shit with it and get more calories. I just do not overindulge with it, as it will lead to diabetes faster than brown bread. but for the very seem reason it is more economical. more calories per slice of white bread, as compared to brown bread. there are about 79 calories per slice of white bread. and 73 calories per slice of brown bread. 0.8 grams of fiber in a slice of white bread. and 1.9 grams of fiber per slice of brown bread. if you want fiber then apparently it really is in brown bread. so during constipation brown bread will help. Constipation has never happened to me. though.

Chapter 3: A low intensity work out

Image
Chapter 3 I went to marino center to work out already.  I arrived at 5:08 am and finished by 5:54 am.  Another excellent low intensity workout.  I brought a bottle of water with me, in a container that I had found abandoned on the street.  My outfit cost me $161 us dollars.  my shirt and socks I found for free.  my tights were $41, and my shoes were about $120.  It was mad comfortable.  I decided to take the elevator, rather than make every moment a work out.  I got to relax and mentally prepare som more for my exercise.  I went to a studio and did some light stretching.  I did some abductor movement, I can not find the name of those soccer exercises though.  I will continue to look, though.  Source: https://www.howtorelief.com/hip-abductor-muscles/ Then I did some adductor movements.  I did about eight reps of each.  and then some hip swinging in flexion and extension planes, and then lunges.  the lunges really trigger the pain of my right pectineus, right adductors, and groi

Athleticism versus intelligence

Athleticism versus intelligence While athleticism is important and can be very helpful, especially in testing and knowing the limits of one's body, it is very different to being intelligent.  Athleticism focuses on the entire body of a human, while intelligence largely focuses on the development of the brain.  Athleticism has major benefits to cardiovascular health, and physical health.  Increasing flexibility and physical performance, which also benefits the brain and mind, but is not always focused on that primarily.  Intelligence focuses on knowing what to do at all times, and maximizing one's superior processes.  Specifically superior cognitive processes.  A highly intelligent person has not necessarily maximized their cardivascular health, but it would be expected that a highly intelligent person will maximized their overall health and brain health, and should be healthier than an athlete.  Athletes often suffer injuries from over-performing and going beyond the limits

All humans are similar, yet still different

All humans are similar, yet still different When I started from thinking that all humans are the same,  I eventually expanded to all humans being similar in many ways, And accepted that we are, indeed, different. When I started from thinking that all humans are completely different, I distilled this idea down to realizing that all humans are different,  although with many similarities. So we are all similar. All humans are similar. But this does not negate our differences. The differences between all humans.   4:24 AM 10th of November 2018

my article on Aushwietzergaden published in cient periodique My article just published in cient periodique medicine. It is on Aushwietzergaden. Aushwietzergaden is a process of lusion. It is a process of finding or attaining lusion or going between different states of lusion during development. Usually the goal is to remain in lusion. It is described and explained in this article. To assist someone with lusion it takes things like insight therapy and education and reflection. Medication is not helpful, unless the analysand wants to try it. Listening and understanding the analysand is important. The article number is CPQME-INT-18111 #aushwietergaden #lusion #analysand # stop-over-medicating # psychiatry #medicine # surgery #adriandanekenny md # jamwayhospital #cientperiodique

Forms of racism.

Forms of racism. There are many forms of racism.  Add any word in front of racism, and it will be a form of racism.  Racism is ubiquitous. Anyone and any life form with visual perception is racist. Even life forms without visual perception can be racist via auditory perception, and tactile perception, although this is much less a form of racism than visual racism.  so there are: visual racism auditory racism tactile racism institutional racism systemic racism scientific racism passive racism active racism positive racism negative racism innate racism genetic racism phenotypic racism cultural racism social racism economic racism innocent racism evil racism godly racism good racism survival racism internet racism telefone racism reverse racism legal racism ethical racism moral racism academic racism literary racism athletic racism sexual racism colonial racism mating racism parental racism structural racism inherent racism psychotic racism delu
