i started physical therapy today primarily for my lumbar paraspinal lower back area.
he told me that I have hypomobility in some areas of my back and hypermobility in some areas of my back. he noted about my iliopsoas. I am doing this to prevent further injury of my body, especially given all of the intense athletic training that I have done, and to enhance my recovery from my old injuries. my old injuries include: 1. removal of a bone cyst from my right calcaneus 2. spiral fracture of my right fibula 3. incomplete tear of
