excessive exercise can increase the longevity for people who have poor nutrition, but excessive exercise will not increase longevity for people with perfect, superior, or excellent nutrition. the benefits of exercise are to superiorize your performance, especially for specific tasks. the benefits of exercising and pushing yourself to the ultimate levels of performance such as olympians and professional athletes and some surgeons is to know your possibilities of performance and to truly know your limits. when it comes to health, including some exercise will reduce your risks of falls and therefore your risk of fractures.  as it has done for me. exercise can also assist in maximizing your longevity, if done properly. exercise can also assist in maximizing fun, enjoyment, and happiness. and also, exercise can assist in maximizing quality of life. when it comes to cardiovascular health and health of all of your organs, though, it is really nutrition that is the most important

this is a title of the latest book that I was writing, researching and working on. unfortunately all of the words of this novel of mine were deleted as my computer was likely overloaded and did not seem to save it properly. so here I will provide the fundamentals of what I was wanting to convey, and the table of contents. it still provides an excellent framework for beginning to learn and understand nutrition and the effects of nutritional choices on your health.
