the muscles of my back are grouped into three major groups: 1. superficial muscles. these attach to my shoulder girdle. 2. intermediate muscles. these attach to my posterior thorax. 3. deep muscles. these attach to my vertebral column. it is my deep muscles that are bothering me the most. especially on the left side of my spine. https://geekymedics.com/deep-back-muscles/ A small note on nomenclature that makes learning the orientation of muscles easier: capitis refers to head, and any muscle with capitis in the name will insert into the head. Cervicis refers to the cervical spine, thoracis the thoracic spine and lumborum the lumbar spine. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=89KdxJomDzg gigi buffon this is a pseudo depression and hypo-depression of footballers. after all the years of training that you have done and the injury and damage to your body. you are exhausted and wounded. the rest of your body can no longer keep up with your brain, especially your muscles. this happened to me. and I am sure it happens to all professional footballers on some level. professional footballers and soccer professionals. the cure is simple, but it can not undo the irreversible damage that you have done to your body and that others have done to you. so it will not reverse all of that irreversible damage. you must take care of your health superiorly now. nutrition is the key to health. superior nutrition is a must. if you already have superior nutrition, then you might want a break and eat some delicacies that you forwent for your health. this does increase some enjoyment for some people. but continue to monitor y
the united states of america should focus on universal health care now. this will reduce redundacy and duplicity and waste of resources. also they must continue to superiorize medical school education and high school education including nutrition and prevention of diseases.

my sugar induced gastroparesis

at 9:30 pm or about 10 pm, I ate 3/4 of a very sweet chocolate chip cookie. it is now 1:31 monday 28 october 2019. and i have gastroparesis that was induced by that sugar load on my stomach and my gastrointestinal tract. this has triggered gerd like symptoms of bloating-like sensations and burping and belching. sugar is killing me. sugar causes pancreatic failure. sugar is the instigator. sugar causes diabetes mellitus type 2. sugar-induced gastroparesis. sugar induced diabetes mellitus type 2. sugar induced pancreatic failure. i am nauseous and i will likely vomit during this early morning. 1:41 monday 28 october 2019. I just finished vomitting. I vomitted some of what i ate during my last 3 meals, which were at 6:30 pm. 8:00 pm, and 9:30 pm. bell peppers, penne, and gastric fluids. the chicken that i ate which was a small amount i did not vomit. the cookie did not seem to be in my vomitus. the bread fruit that i ate did not seem to be in my vomitus. what i

ketosis is very healthy it seems to me, unless you are severely underweight and anorexic. athletes constantly enter into ketosis. I do now and I do recall this type of sensation of ketosis when I was training for soccer and sports. cross country and ice hockey and volleyball. and during soccer matches. during intense exercise. i wrote that yesterday. ketosis in healthy individuals. adrian dane kenny, m.d. jamway hospital
my back is improving with some low intensity weight training. and knowledge from two physical therapists.

my back was injured from improper form and technique in soccer and ice hockey. and also just from participating in those sports. and training intensely. my lumbar spine was suffering, and i had some paraspinal pain that was worse on the left than on my right. it was in my lumbar area of my back. this was due to some poor form of some of my muscles, and my body in general. some of the specific muscles that were contributing to this discomfort were and are my iliopsoases, my gluteal muscles, my abdominal muscles, my hamstrings (biceps femorii), my quadriceps, and the rest of the muscles of my back, especially my group of deep back muscles. i have been doing my own exercises for this. i was suffering due to my lower back and my pelvis primarily. adk md jamway hospital

for me i never really knew the terms mania and psychosis until i was a medical student at harvard medical school. i realized that i am hypomanic. my life is perfect, and has always been. superior education greatly minimized my psychosis, specifically my delusional thoughts. i did not have experts to assist me until i learned what an expert really is, and where and how to find them. this allowed me to research the areas for which i was lacking in knowledge. this was the basis of my thought disorder: a lack of knowledge. as a result, i was also more disorganized than i am now. all of my delusions and thought disorders were and are adjustable. i always knew that i did not know. my mania increases as i keep becoming more and more happy and elated. i am still hypomanic though. when i go into ketosis, metabolically, my psychosis increases. it is not that i am ever homicidal or suicidal, but it is just that i start to want to get everything done immediately. i become disor

now i keep taking my time and working on improving my walking form and technique. and as a result, my body keeps getting better. my back is improving and my musculoskeletal system is balancing out more. this is also improving my other organs.

I also do physical therapy at massachusetts general hospital. just one session is superiorizing my health already as I am now cued into my lower back and pelvis muscles unlike before. my mother tried to assist me with these kinds of things, but she is not patient enough with me and my desire to know and understand, instead thinking I am trying to trump her. it seems to me. adk, m.d. jamway hospital.

11:56 friday 25 october 2019 - i wrote this: 'I am in ketosis again'. and right now I am also in ketosis again. in part it feels like psychosis. but I am so used to it now and aware of it that i know what to do. I had thinking like this during my soccer matches, but I was focused on scoring goals. now it is prolonged because I am still overweight, but have realized that this ketosis is not a signal of hunger. it is rather a signal of fat metabolism. and I still have plenty of fat on my body, as my bmi is about 30 kg/m2, and my body fat percentage is in the thirties too, or so. I know this overweightness at this level, even for athletes, and also this minor obesity, is still very unhealthy. i could feel the effects on my heart and even felt some minor angina. but now that my nutrition is superiorized and my exercise is focused on cardio as well as some other training for fun and for muscle conditioning, as well as brain and cognitive conditioning, I am feeling an
