my back is improving with some low intensity weight training. and knowledge from two physical therapists.
my back was injured from improper form and technique
in soccer and ice hockey. and also just from participating in those sports. and training intensely.
my lumbar spine was suffering, and i had some paraspinal pain that was worse on the left than on my right. it was in my lumbar area of my back.
this was due to some poor form of some of my muscles, and my body in general.
some of the specific muscles that were contributing to this discomfort were and are my iliopsoases, my gluteal muscles, my abdominal muscles, my hamstrings (biceps femorii), my quadriceps, and the rest of the muscles of my back, especially my group of deep back muscles.
i have been doing my own exercises for this.
i was suffering due to my lower back and my pelvis primarily.
