9:23 friday 25 october 2019. I now know what I am doing with regard to my health, including my weight and cardiovascular health. i started tracking my weights on everydayhealth.com on 2 october 2019.  my weight was 204.6 pounds.  it took 23 days of better nutrition and some enjoyable low intensity exercise and some moderate intensity exercise to attain my short term goal.  but it is enjoyable now so I want to continue doing this and i feel better.  my quality of living is improving again in some subtle ways.  like maneuverability.

so, the football teams that i like are manchester united, liverpool, harbour view, new england revolution, and real madrid.

minimization, optimization, and maximization are all very important.

they enable a total understanding of many processes and superior long term outcomes.  there are many other curves that are also very important and the curves can be seemingly infinite like a monte carlo analysis. self assessment and self awareness is also very important always.  a break from self awareness is nice, though, too. i took a break from self awareness and i thoroughly enjoyed it and i had such a different experience, here on earth, for a while.  adk, m.d.

optimization is key

optimization is key, but minimization, and maximization must also be known, felt, and understood too, but optimization is often healthier in the long run.

excessive exercise can increase the longevity for people who have poor nutrition, but excessive exercise will not increase longevity for people with perfect, superior, or excellent nutrition. the benefits of exercise are to superiorize your performance, especially for specific tasks. the benefits of exercising and pushing yourself to the ultimate levels of performance such as olympians and professional athletes and some surgeons is to know your possibilities of performance and to truly know your limits. when it comes to health, including some exercise will reduce your risks of falls and therefore your risk of fractures.  as it has done for me. exercise can also assist in maximizing your longevity, if done properly. exercise can also assist in maximizing fun, enjoyment, and happiness. and also, exercise can assist in maximizing quality of life. when it comes to cardiovascular health and health of all of your organs, though, it is really nutrition that is the most important

nutritional medicine, nutritional psychiatry, and nutritional surgery

this is a title of the latest book that I was writing, researching and working on. unfortunately all of the words of this novel of mine were deleted as my computer was likely overloaded and did not seem to save it properly. so here I will provide the fundamentals of what I was wanting to convey, and the table of contents. it still provides an excellent framework for beginning to learn and understand nutrition and the effects of nutritional choices on your health. In this day and age, it is a shame that any human die of a nutritional disease or disorder, and this includes diabetes mellitus type 2, hypertension, atherosclerosis, myocardial infarctions, anorexia, obesity, metabolic syndrome, malnutrition, and many other diseases that are all preventable from superior nutrition for almost all humans. nutrition science and health has already been perfected and well mastered for humans.  it is just a matter of finding the information, reading it, learning it, and understanding it, a

alvaro part 2.

alvaro corresponded with me via text messaging a while ago.  alvaro is a doctor.  here is that correspondence: alvaro is a physician. a lot of doctors and physicians behave this way when they are not getting their way.  they blame other humans for acting in a way that is harming to themselves using some societal rules that are some bogus shit.  for me anyway.  good luck you assholes.  they use this type of shit to justify medicating people and they try to demonstrate some convicing arguments using things that might as well be some mini monte carlo analysis of behavior.  yeah, that is great to know.  and that is why I am not stupid psychiatrist.  not that the patients of psychiatry  are easy all of the time, but most of them are never a problem for anyone or even themselves.  they are just aushwietzergaden, but they can not figure the way out to something else more fun and enjoyable and productive all of the time.  and so they are stuck.  it

i helped aaron porter a little bit.

i am no longer craving sugar. i beat my sugar addiction because i took the time to be mindful of how my over consumption of sugar was affecting my body and specifically my pancreas.

pathophysiology of diabetes mellitus type 2

dm type 2 results from over eating monosaccharides and disaccharides.  they are absorbed too quickly by the villi of the small intestine, and cause the pancreas to work too much.  this is pancreatic stress.  the insulin resistance is due to saturation of the end organs with glucose already.  the beta cells burnout because they keep secreting insulin due to the persistent but intermittent hyperglycemic state from a patients eating behavior and choices of eating foods high in sugar.  when a human sugar this also triggers them to eat fat.  there is a hormonal reason for this.  and a neurological reason for this.  and psychiatrically, diabetes mellitus type 2 is hyperphagia of sugar primarily.  that is the primary factor.  that is the independent variable. most patients with prediabetes and diabetes mellitus type 2 will be able to halt their disease by abstaining from sugar.  this will have to include starches too. adrian dane kenny, m.d. jamway hospital jamway research firm and cons

i am starting to appreciate the health benefits of eating vegetables.

eating vegetables will not cause hypertension or diabetes mellitus type 2.

my father and mother both did an alright job with jason, nadine, and me.

i am realizing that no matter what i do, my child will have to learn to take care of himself or herself.
