nutritional medicine, nutritional psychiatry, and nutritional surgery
this is a title of the latest book that I was writing, researching and working on.
unfortunately all of the words of this novel of mine were deleted as my computer was likely overloaded and did not seem to save it properly.
so here I will provide the fundamentals of what I was wanting to convey, and the table of contents.
it still provides an excellent framework for beginning to learn and understand nutrition and the effects of nutritional choices on your health.
In this day and age, it is a shame that any human die of a nutritional disease or disorder, and this includes diabetes mellitus type 2, hypertension, atherosclerosis, myocardial infarctions, anorexia, obesity, metabolic syndrome, malnutrition, and many other diseases that are all preventable from superior nutrition for almost all humans.
nutrition science and health has already been perfected and well mastered for humans. it is just a matter of finding the information, reading it, learning it, and understanding it, and doing it.

nutritional medicine is where there is the greatest benefit for superiorizing nutrition. it will prevent and reduce the burden of the most common diseases for almost any human.

many of the disorders of nutrition such as obesity, hyperphagia, diabetes mellitus type 2, hypertension, anorexia nervosa, are due to delusions, often delusions passed down via culture. sometimes there are other modifiers such as depression, body dysmorphic disorder, and psychosis. these humans are delusional about nutrition and their health, and most times because they just do not know enough.

nutritional surgery is about prevention and reduction of the burden of disease to never have an operation done on your body.
38. alcohol and mental health and the brain. a little bit of alcohol is much more beneficial than any psychiatric medication. it works on gamma amino butyric acid. a little bit of alcohol is like 1 alcoholic drink per year.
39. nutrition for the pediatric population
nutrition for kids is not identical to nutrition for adults. be mindful of this.
40. A list of diseases that can be prevented by superior nutrition and perfect nutrition.
41. fall prevention. just enough exercise will improve your ability to avoid injuries such as falls, tha can cause fractures.
42. variability of humans and nutrition.
43. what about exercise?
44. a theory of maximization of health and longevity of a human.

if there are any humans who want to research these topics further and write and type a chapter. then i will be willing to include each of you as authors and editors along with me and we can publish this book together.

also you have to adjust recommendations of nutrition from research for yourself to ensure that it is the healthiest for you. that is a part of the challenge, but it is worth it.
