i got to my goal weight of 195 pounds today. I am now 193.4 pounds.

I now know what I am doing with regard to my health, including my weight and cardiovascular health.
i started tracking my weights on everydayhealth.com on 2 october 2019. my weight was 204.6 pounds.
it took 23 days of better nutrition and some enjoyable low intensity exercise and some moderate intensity exercise to attain my short term goal. but it is enjoyable now so I want to continue doing this and i feel better. my quality of living is improving again in some subtle ways. like maneuverability.
