excessive exercise can increase the longevity for people who have poor nutrition, but excessive exercise will not increase longevity for people with perfect, superior, or excellent nutrition.

the benefits of exercise are to superiorize your performance, especially for specific tasks.

the benefits of exercising and pushing yourself to the ultimate levels of performance such as olympians and professional athletes and some surgeons is to know your possibilities of performance and to truly know your limits.

when it comes to health, including some exercise will reduce your risks of falls and therefore your risk of fractures.  as it has done for me.

exercise can also assist in maximizing your longevity, if done properly.

exercise can also assist in maximizing fun, enjoyment, and happiness.

and also, exercise can assist in maximizing quality of life.

when it comes to cardiovascular health and health of all of your organs, though, it is really nutrition that is the most important factor. 

the second most important factor is sleep.

and the third most important factor is activities of daily living.  activities of daily living includes: preparing food, cooking, cleaning, showering, bathing, stretching, massaging, hot tub soaks, proper posture, proper hygiene, using a computer, using the internet, and the other activities that are integral for you to have a superior life and superior health, all done with proper technique.

the fourth most important factor for cardiovascular health and the health of all of your organs is fun and enjoyment. 

the fifth most important factor is leisure.

and the sixth most important factor is exercise.

and the seventh most important factor is stress management and stress reduction.

and the eight most important factor is sex. 

to maximize health and longevity it is low intensity exercise that makes the difference.  it is preferable to enjoy the exercise that you do, especially with regard to health and longevity.

In theory, maximization of health and longevity of a human is achieved by perfect nutrition, perfect sleep, and some perfect activities of daily living.  At that point in maximization of health and longevity, everything else reduces health and longevity of a human.




exercise assist in coping with the stress that will occur to your organs.  it seems that stress is inevitable.
