mina ming contacted me again.  she withholds information even when it is not in her favor to do so. she revealed a little bit more of her history, and really it is not changing the outcome for her at this point, but it would probably start to alleviate her fears.  so at least she is getting though that part with me by sharing all that she knows rather than fearing judgement or whatever else she fears.  apparently it is important enough for her to come to resolution in her own brain about what she has and has not done in the past and what she knows and does not know.  she really needs to educate herself.  she really needs to improve her health literacy.  improving one's health literacy is not easy.  it takes a lot of work.  but it is very much worth it.  she might have been a poor historian for her primary care physician.  well here are the texts that she has sent to me via whats app later this morning.

I have been wondering how large was my maternal grandfather's farm when it was the largest.  The number that I have come to is 200 acres. but, how large is 200 acres for real. I have spent a lot of time walking around boston, so I have a good sense of the distances here now, and I have even mapped out many of my walks to calculate the distances of my walking adventures.  and so I have an even better sense of the distances in boston now. So, now I spent part of the morning using google maps to calculate 200 acres of land in boston.  how much land would that take up, not just in numbers but also in a practical way of sensing the value and distances of 200 acres of land. I have transposed, in some ways, my maternal grandfather's farm, lynvale, on to an area of boston. 200 acres. 200 acres is 0.3125 miles squared.  so a box of land with 0.3125 miles at each side of the box, or square.  and so the perimeter of that square is 1.25 miles.  or 2.02 kilometers. here is the

so regarding mina ming, it is her primary care physician who is in part fucking her up, as well as, obviously, mina does not know enough yet about how to maintain her own health and enjoy the things that she wants to do, i.e. sex, on some level. her primary care physician sugggested that mina will not know that she is absolutely devoid of hiv infection until six months out.  that is not true given the testing that mina has already done, and also given her health behaviors, and her medical history. the parameters of the test include a window period of about 4 weeks.  and traditionally since the 2000's window periods have been in the 9 week to 12 week period as far as I remember.  so 6 months was not the best counsel. what I really suspect though, is that her primary care physician, simply did not do an adequate job of taking a thorough, accurate and adequate history. the details of mina's story makes it very unlikely that she would contract hiv, regardless of mina's

so mina  is a patient at royal south hants hospital. she asked me again this morning if she should be tested at 6 month. During the  window period  a person can be infected with  HIV  and be very infectious but still test  HIV  negative. regarding thumbnails for xvideos, what has worked for me. So, I actually just select every possibly thumbnail for each video.  that is usually 30 thumbnails. but, always between 1 and 30.  So, I select all 30 and then I let xvideos programming algorithms determine which thumbnail is getting the most views and clicks and which is likely to continue t get the most views and clicks.  From my little bit of data, it takes about 3,000 - 5,000 views for the xvideo algorithm to determine the thumbnail that is likely to continue to get the most views.  likely this has to do with the rate of clicks and views for a thumbnail, and some absolute thresholds or cut off points and numbers.  that is what is working for me on xvideos. adk, m.d.
