probably yes,

The window period is time between potential exposure to HIV infection and the point when the test will give an accurate result. During the window period a person can be infected with HIV and be very infectious but still test HIV negative. The window period for a 4th generation antigen/antibody test is four weeks.

but you might want to talk to your doctor and the health care workers who administered that test to be sure. especially if you are concerned about your won health, and hence have posed this question on quora.

Three times 4th generation tests from blood of my vein sent to lab back negative at days 33, 47 and 92 after possible exposure but I'm too worry yet. I have Been tested at day 104 th previous Tuesday and waiting for results. I think results delayed for 4 days because they found the hiv and they are confirming that and this is like a nightmare

My health advisor before the forth testing at day 104 th said that if this test came back negative I should pUt a line on this fear forever and my GP said that it takes to six months to be conclusive

you need to educate yourself about sexually transmitted diseases including human infectious virus.  and be careful.
so is it the first guy or the second guy if she does end up being positive.
and it is the second guy.
the second guy is negative based on this history though. and so you have nothing to worry about.
