Rae and Ena,
rather than selling 3/4 acre plots for houses to be built, why not develop lynvale and brownstown properly?
selling land to develop houses on a property that is much more valuable than that is quite a waste of resources and of the earth, and of lynvale farm and estate.
instead. we should research sustainable ideas that will enable lynvale to flourish and be profitable and sustainable.
the ideas that I have are to:
1. develop the farm as a functioning farm providing agriculture and livestock for the community of brownstown primarily and also for the rest of jamaica. even exportation might be possible here if researched properly and planned for accordingly.
2. develop a wellness center focused on superiorizing and maximizing the health, wellness, performance, quality of living, and longevity primarily of all of jamaicans, as well as eventually all humans and earthlings.
3. regarding real estate, constructing a residential area that is rental property such as an apartment building, and maybe then considering selling some units for ownership as condominiums.
Rae, you have studied some business, you should understand something about the value of this sort of ownership and development, rather than merely selling property. it is only a finite amount of property and property is not easy to buy as prices continually increase and are inflated. So, it does not make sense to me why any of the barretts would want to sell lynvale. instead, what makes sense is acquiring more property and increasing the size of lynvale farm and estate.
at this point our time is best used in researching all of the options available for lynvale, rather than choosing an easy option.
