so pretty much I am becoming lacto-vegan. or lacto-vegetarian. coughing. carrying bag. if i ever have to. real madrid infant. real madrid club de fútbol
i am moving on from meat now as I am sure I already have fatty streaks already and I am an athlete.
I feel better without the meat now. my body feels better. I feel heavy breathing and lethargy when I consume meat now including turkey and shrimp, for instance.
I will still eat it once in a while. like 1 ounce per 6 months or so. or maybe a little bit more or a little bit less, but over-consuming meat got to the point of reversible and, or small irreversible damage to my body. or maybe it already is large damage, but I am sure that i do not have any 50% blockage due to any atherosclerosis. just fatty streaks.
just 1 1 ounce serving per six month is a target for me with my meat consumption.
I did not realize that some sushi has a lot of salt it. like 1150 mg of sodium for some salmon rolls.
sashimi has like 200 mg of salt though or 300 mg of sodium. sodium that is. 200 - 300 mg of sodium per serving in many sashimis.
I am learning to cough with my mouth closed again and not to over stress and strain my body to the point of coughing.
in part it has been a psychogenic cough, but I understand that I could still be harbouring a virus or pathogen during those coughs and bouts of coughs. it happens when I am stressed and focused on accomplishing more that I ca complete in one day. but I am pacing myself better now. kind of like how I used to do in soccer matches. or even during cross country meets.
I am realizing the proper way to carry a bag. with my hands only. the weight more evenly distributes through out my body that way. especially if I use both of my hands.
that is if i ever have to carry a bag.
it is healthier not to have to carry things for long distances. no doubt about that.
it takes planning too. and time to recover and nourish myself properly.
I m realizing that it is not necessarily that people like me or not, it is more that i and he or she or them are in the same vicinity at the same time. close enough to interact.
sure there are initial attractions, but those are quite fleeting.
I am at the westin right now.
I still do not have internet at my studio apartment. I will have it back on during november.
I am going to a bishop moore catholic high school alumni get together in new york city this thursday. the 24th of october 2019.
it will be fun to connect with them again.
maybe nailah moonsamy will be there.
or maybe lani higgins.
or maybe amanda robinson.
or patricia rivera.
i will take a bus or train to new york ctty, penn station, during the morning of the event.
and I will return during the night to boston.
I am grateful for bishop moore. it was fun and worth it.

I would have loved to be a real madrid infant. I bought a jersey for my unconceived son or daughter. well he or she has already been conceived of in my brain. so really he or she is just unfertilized.
any way, I lent that jersey to Rory Charles Barrett. He still has not returned it to me.
I would have been willing to be the poor kid from a rich farm of lynvale farm and estate on a real madrid football club team. real madrid is like royalty. hala madrid. !

ReplyDeleteso vegetarians just are not eating meat. that is still more my style, but i will still like 1 ounce of meat once in a while. and i love milk. cow's milk, goats milk, and cheese. but i have minimized a lot of other things already for my health. I am not against killing of anything ever. that is a part of survival of the fittest. and I think the longest living humans still eat a little bit of meat.

basically I just do not over-consume to the point of getting disease. I minimize unhealthy addictions, and unhealthy habits.
so i am more of a nutritarian. i do not try to maximize my micronutrients though. over-consumption of vitamin A, for instance can cause cancer.

this could be an illusion or an adjustable delusion, but that is based on the little bit of insight that I already have.
either way when it comes to nutrients rather than maximize all of the times, i prefer to optimize and even minimize sometimes, and also superiorize.
