i started physical therapy today primarily for my lumbar paraspinal lower back area.

he told me that I have hypomobility in some areas of my back and hypermobility in some areas of my back.  he noted about my iliopsoas.

Iliopsoas - Wikipedia

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Iliopsoas

Overview
The iliopsoas refers to the joined psoas and the iliacus muscles. The two muscles are separate in the abdomen, but usually merge in the thigh. As such, they are usually given the common name iliopsoas. The iliopsoas muscle joins to the femur at the lesser trochanter, and acts as the strongest flexor of the hip.
The iliopsoas muscle is supplied by the lumbar spinal nerves L1-3 (psoas) and parts of the femoral nerve (iliacus).

I am doing this to prevent further injury of my body, especially given all of the intense athletic training that I have done, and to enhance my recovery from my old injuries.

my old injuries include:
1. removal of a bone cyst from my right calcaneus
2. spiral fracture of my right fibula
3. incomplete tear of my right gastrocnemius
4. incomplete tear of my right pectineus, although this one was not well diagnosed.
5. surgical incision of my abdominal rectus.

I did not focus on developing and perfecting my back as an athlete.  I focused more on my abdominals, pectorals, biceps, triceps, quadriceps, biceps femorii, legs, arms, and shoulders.  deltoids.

so now I have to work on my back to prevent further injury to my back.

he also noted my abdominal transversalis muscles too.

Kanye West should start his political career now because unfortunately for Kanye West, he will never be a president of the United States of America, delegated and elected as a president and inaugurated into the White House of the United States of America.

rather than selling 3/4 acre plots for houses to be built, why not develop lynvale and brownstown properly?
