I did find a seminal article about healthcare that was typed in the name of Michael Porter.  It was important.   that was at harvard business school.

 back in 2005 - 2006.




so, anyway, regarding the energy hypothesis and theory,  it is finite.  but it can expand.  but the energy, persay of the death of a human can cause the detection of an outlier.
