this award is long over due it seems to me. 

the scientists who deserve this award and have made significant contributions to the understanding of the genetics of race as color of skin and the differences among animals and living things due to race, genetics of race, the evolution of race and the inheritance of race and colors of living things as well as the racial differences of humans and those inherent factors , and, or intrinsic factors are:

Hopefully Jeffrey Neil Katz will overcome his schizofrenia and schizoaffective disorder, and hopefully he will come to me to collect this letter that I have for him and the Nobel Prize Committee.
