at my appointment with mark w dickinson today. some lab work from the arbour.

so when ever I have been forced into a psychiatric hospital.  they force blood work on me against my consent.

I did not want that shit ever.

any way mark extracted some data from the reports that he received from the arbour.

those doctors did not even inform me of the tests that they had ordered on me and the results.  that is illegal.  malpractice, in fact.  they just forced me to have blood work done, thinking that that is the way, or that is their way.  that is not the way.

when it comes to crime it is not the doctors who are responsible and thus do not have the right to force anything on people.  it is the police who are responsible and who should make those decisions.

doctors just do not understand.  and are too anecdotal when it comes to behavioral things and law and crime.

police on the other hand have much more experience with that as they are on the front lines of crime and the law.

anyway,

he informed me that my HgA1c was 5.9%, and that my LDL was 164 mg/dl.  this is from earlier this year of 2019 when I was at the arbour.

look I was willing to do psychotherapy.  that is it.

not psychopharmacology.

i do want to understand, but i do not want to be medicated ever.  nor do I ever want to be operated on.

any way,  mark does not always use the healthiest numbers.  the vegan numbers for instance.  like mic the vegan.

for me, mark would find an ldl of 120 mg/dl acceptable, at least today that is what he indicated to me.

but I know that I should aim for an ldl of 70 mg/dl now.

and I do know that my ldl of 164 mg/dl from this year is dyslipidemia.

he did inform me that a HgA1c of 6.5% is the current cutoff for diabetes mellitus, both type 1 and type 2.

that is not a diagnostic criteria for insipidus.  diabetes insipidus.

the 7 of HgA1c, or rather 7% is really for what is considered acceptable for known diabetic patients.  but still that is not really acceptable, and that level of disease is preventable.

I am quite sure that I have some fatty streaks already, but this is reversible disease.  it is not a plaque yet, and it is not so toughly embedded in my arteries that my nutrition can't solve this problem.  my nutrition can solve this problem for me.

I questioned mark about HgA1c, now that it is all making much more sense to me, and I wanted to know what is the HgA1c for the healthiest populations.

I do not think that Mark W. Dickinson has thought to much about that, or at least it seems that he had not thought too much about that with regard to me.  his initial answer was  5 or 6.  I gave him a look, though, and he quickly adjusted his answer to 4 or 5.

4 is what makes sense to me.  a HgA1c of 4%,  or 4.5%,  and an upper limit of about 5%.

this is an area of much wanted further investigation.

HgA1c = hemoglobin A1c.

LDL= low density lipoprotein.

any way, I will get the rest of the labs that the arbour illegally did on me, and I will reciew thosse results with mark.  mark is still resourceful for me.

regarding LDL, 70 mg/dL to 100mg/dL is acceptable to me, but not being near the upper limit of that cutoff, though, more closer to 70 mg/dL.

this is what it takes to have a long life.

longevity.

Kanye West should start his political career now because unfortunately for Kanye West, he will never be a president of the United States of America, delegated and elected as a president and inaugurated into the White House of the United States of America.

rather than selling 3/4 acre plots for houses to be built, why not develop lynvale and brownstown properly?
