wilmot, nadine, and my father clinton,
you all have been eating poor nutrition.
specifically you all have been eating to much sugar and too much starches. as a result of this you three have diabetes mellitus type 2.
instead eat more fiber as your main source of carbohydrate.
also you three have been likely eating too much fat, lipids, and oils. this will cause atherosclerosis via dyslipidemia.
nutrition is the key to health.
after that is sleep
then activities of daily living
then leisure, and fun.
then exercise. proper exercise is still very important for properly conditioning your bodies. try not to over do it though. but also try not to be sedentary for too long either. low intensity exercise is very important.
stress reduction
stress management
and sex. cause what are we here for anyway... ?
after that, do whatever you want to.
so you three, wilmot, nadine and clinton must improve your health through superiorization of your nutrition. and also eventually incorporating an adequate, or optimal amount of exercise.
you three should start to try and complete:
1. a no sugar diet
2. a no salt diet
3. a no oil diet
Father Clinton, you should relax more through out the day and when exercising.
additionally you three should start learning more about your diabetes mellitus type 2. specifically, learn about the following:
1. sugar induced gastroparesis.
2. hyperglycemia and its effects on your body.
3. insulin resistance
4. the pancreas
5. beta cells of the pancreas
6. glucose
7. carbohydrates
8. sugar
9. starch
10. fiber
and also learn about fat, lipids, and oils.
do find out what your bmi's are. that is body mass index. if you send an accurate measure of your weight and height, then i can calculate it for you. I will let you know what I think about it and if your weight is at a healthy state or not.
