1. the fourth intercostal nerve
2. the third intercostal nerve
3. the fifth intecostal nerve
4. the first intercostal nerve
5. the second intercostal nerve
6. the sixth intercostal nerve
7. the seventh intercostal nerve
there is also a mammary nerve, which is the internal thoracic nerve.
