The rest of my health tips.

The rest of my health tips:

No alcohol.
No smoking.
No candy.
No coffee.
No soda.
Sleep as much as you want to.  As much as you desire.
Rest well and often.
Walk as one of your primary modes of transportation.
Stretch.
Light exercise when comfortable and desired.
Do note, that there is no reason to be too strict on these things, though.
